Tonbridge Angels welcomed Tobi Omole, a 25-year-old central defender who was most recently with Wealdstone, to the Yeomans Community Stadium in October.

Tobi is a product of the Arsenal Academy, having caught the Gunners eye as a box-to-box midfielder at Thamesmead Town as a 14-year-old. His two-year scholarship led to a professional contract as an 18-year-old.

On his release from Arsenal in 2020, Tobi was picked up by north London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur, signing a one year contract that was extended to a second year.

In 2022, he joined EFL club Crawley Town, where he made five appearances before joining National League Wealdstone towards the end of last season.
