Sat Navs - Please search Tonbridge Angels FC, keep heading straight on Darenth Avenue and enter the Car Park.

There is a large free car park, which makes attending games using a car convenient.

Directions from the north, heading southbound, (M25 and A21). At junction 5 take right-hand lanes to continue to forward onto the A21 (signposted Sevenoaks, Hastings).

After approximately five miles, branch left, then at roundabout take the second exit onto London Road (signposted Hildenborough, B245).

After about another four miles, and having driven through Hildenborough, turn left onto Dry Hill Park Road
(signposted Shipbourne). At roundabout take the first exit (left) onto A227 (Shipbourne Road, signposted Shipbourne).

At next roundabout turn left onto Darenth Avenue (first exit, left) and signposted Tonbridge Farm Sportsground.

Go down the hill on Darenth Avenue and you will come to the entrance to the car park (gates).

You will see the football ground in front of you (white building). The car park is large and free of charge.

Tonbridge Railway Station (Southeastern) benefits from an excellent train service and is at the junction of four routes, which makes it accessible from most parts of the UK.

The usual timetable serves places along the following routes, with the website for train times and tickets here

  • London and Sevenoaks, four trains an hour (please note that on weekday evenings for midweek games the last Southeastern train to London departs Tonbridge at 23:20.)
  • Ashford for connections to/from the Kent Coast, two trains an hour
  • Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, two trains an hour
  • Usually a change at Paddock Wood is required for Maidstone, Strood and connections to/from North Kent, two trains an hour
  • Redhill (train operator, Southern) one train an hour, with connections to/from Gatwick Airport and Sussex Coast, and Thameslink services.

The Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium is approximately a mile and a half (45/50 minutes’ walk) from the station.

There is a taxi rank at the station (turn right on exit). A cab ride is about 10 minutes. (Castle Cars 01732 363637)

Turn left outside the station and walk the length of the High Street, continuing in this direction passing Bordyke (traffic lights) until reaching Tonbridge School (on the left). Cross the road at pedestrian crossing near the school entrance and proceed in the same direction, going straight ahead towards Shipbourne Road (this road starts at a set of traffic lights).

Ignore the branch to the left (London Road) and walk for approximately 10 minutes up Shipbourne Road, until reaching a mini-roundabout (junction with Dry Hill Park Road to the left and Yardley Park Road to the right).

Cross the mini-roundabout and return to the other side of the road. Continue in the same direction (towards North Tonbridge) for a few more minutes, then take the second turning left into Welland Road (just past the Royal Oak pub).

Go down the steep hill on Welland Road and at the bottom, turn right into Long Mead Way. Stay on this road, (about half way along it bends to the left then right, before straightening out again). At the end of Long Mead Way you will come to a junction with Darenth Avenue. The entrance to the stadium is on the left (will see the gates and large car park). Head along the path through the middle towards the white buildings. The turnstiles are on the left-hand side of the clubhouse.

Buses Nos 208, 218, 219 and 222 serve " Cage Green, The Pinnacles" which is the nearest stop to the ground with combined frequencies from the station and town centre approximately every 15 minutes.  A short walk from The Pinnacles bus stop down the hill (Darenth Avenue) will bring you to the ground  - proceed through the car park and you will come to the turnstiles.

Times of Services can be obtained by clicking here.  The stop nearest to Tonbridge Station - one minute walk - is referred to as 'Quarry Hill Parade'.

The bus stop at the station can be found by exiting by the main entrance through the Ticket Hall and turning right and is located immediately outside Lidl’s supermarket on Quarry Hill Parade.

Service 219 after leaving 'The Pinnacles' makes its next stop in Darenth Avenue marginally closer to the ground.

Please be aware that there are no buses returning to the Station after midweek/evening games. A taxi bookable at the train station may be a better option or you can walk. For directions please see above.

There are six designated disabled car parking spaces adjacent to the turnstiles.  A special gate to the side of the turnstiles can admit entry to the ground for those with wheelchairs. There is paved step free access from the turnstiles area to the main stand on the far side of the stadium where ground level seats are provided, and also to The Marquee behind the North Stand.

Toilets at the north end of the ground also have level access from the paved perimeter path.  There is ramped access to the clubhouse, sponsors lounge, boardroom, The '1948' lounge and The Club Shop.
