Ben Ghinn joined Jay Saunders’ staff in August after Ryan Hewlett departed for an career opportunity outside football.

Ben graduated from Chichester University as a Sports Therapist in 2021 and is currently studying Physiotherapy at London Metropolitan University.

He worked with Sutton United as they got promoted from the National League and for three season’s as an EFL club. He also enjoyed a season long stint with Dorking Wanderers, where he also experienced a promotion into the National League.
