Over 16 million people held their breath, but with a hop, a skip and a shot that exploded from her foot at seventy miles an hour, Chloe Kelly released that tension to allow the celebrations to begin!
Tonbridge Angels would like to celebrate the success of Sarina Wiegman’s magnificent squad and women’s football in particular by offering this Friday’s (1st August, 9 am-3 pm), Special Girls Only Soccer Camp for FREE! The camp is being fully funded by Tonbridge Angels Foundation.
Tonbridge Angels Foundation Chair, John Garwood said, “The Foundation is delighted to support the Girls Football Camp which celebrates the Lionesses blazing a trail for Women’s Football. The camp is free and open to all local girls to join in. Hopefully some will return to the regular sessions we run to encourage grass roots girls’ football and, maybe, we might just find the next Michelle Agyemang.”
Your future Chloe Kelly, Liah Williamson or Hannah Hampton can be part of this camp by scanning the QR code on the poster and, using the code LVE100, who knows, the first step on their journey might be taken.
Football coaching and fun football themed activities for girls aged 5 to 12 years on Tonbridge Angels 3G pitch at the Yeomans Community Stadium, developing football skills with our team of FA qualified coaches and Tonbridge Angels Women’s player Amelia Cooper, whilst making new friends in a fun and friendly environment.
Bring a water bottle, packed lunch and make sure your child wears the correct footwear which is referred to HERE
The girls already booked on the course on Friday will get a voucher for a free session in the future.
